Men hvad er forskellen p\u00e5 et forbud og en henstilling, og hvad har den bedste effekt? Politiken har spurgt filosofi-professor p\u00e5 K\u00f8benhavns Universitet Vincent\u00a0Fella Hendricks: \u00bbEt forbud er kategorisk, og det betyder, at der ikke er noget at v\u00e6lge mellem.
